We first met Michael in Spring 2007 when, by chance, we sought his advice at the garden centre which was then his place of work. His knowledge, enthusiasm and sound advice greatly impressed us. As a result, when some months later we decided to renovate our garden, we contacted Michael. We wanted a design which would work well for our site while retaining the best of existing planting and which, for us, would be manageable.
Michael ticked all the boxes. He upgraded existing shrub-beds, identified and designed new areas of greatest potential, sourced quality trees, shrubs and plants for all areas and planted them up. His workmanship was of the highest standard, the amount of work done in a day remarkable, his follow-up care excellent.
Eight years on from our first meeting with Michael, we still rely on his advice. He has transformed our garden which now has several elements of interest and colour all year round. As a consequence, many members of our extended family have also used Michael when developing their gardens.
